3. Quotes and Payments
- Quotation validity, deposits, stage payments and final payment terms are stated in the project quotation.
- Extra work or changed conditions should be agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.
- Product, access and programme assumptions should be checked in the written scope.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
